Cancellations & Returns:
Returns: For Blank Stock Paper Products Once a blank stock invitation, stationery set or non-personalized paper product ships, it is non-returnable and non-refundable. Please remember that blank stock items do not include printing instructions and self-printing is done at your own risk.
Cancellations: For Non-Personalized Items (this includes Blank Stock) If your order has not been packaged and shipped, we can certainly cancel your order. Once an order has shipped, it unfortunately cannot be cancelled, and our return policy applies.
For ALL Personalized Stamps There will be a $25.00 cancellation fee for all Personalized Stamp Orders. ($30 during the holidays from October 1st – December 31st) per item ordered, once the order has been received and processed. If a proof was requested and created, the proof fee will be non-refundable and will be added to your cancellation fee. If rush service was requested on the order, and the order has been placed into production, the rush processing fee will be non-refundable and added to the cancellation fee. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or returned.
